What is NCPR's cancellation policy?

For Holiday Bookings: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for bookings over holiday(s).
For Non-Holiday Bookings: Out of courtesy for our staff, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before your reservation if you must make changes to your booking.  

Are vaccinations Required to stay at NCPR?

Yes! Our goal is to provide the BEST experience for all of our furry guests. We require every pet to be up to date on standard vaccinations. This includes: Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper.

Should I supply my pet's regular food?

Yes! Please bring your own food when dropping your pet off at the resort. We want to keep dogs happy and healthy, and avoid any tummy troubles caused by change in diet. 

Can I bring my dog's favorite toys?

We ask that owners bring their own toys. Keep in mind, we are not responsible for any items that are chewed or damaged, so don't bring any items that are precious or important.

Does NCPR accept all breeds?

Yes, however, we are not able to accept dogs over 150 lbs or pets with behavioral challenges (for example: aggression, inability to be controlled on a leash, fear of common occurrences such as storms or fireworks, etc.)

Does my pet have to be spayed or neutered?

No. We do, however, have a strict "NO ANIMALS IN HEAT" policy. 

Will NCPR administer medication?

Yes, we give medications if needed. We DO NOT administer shots or insulin injections.  

How does ncpr handle medical emergencies?

If an emergency medical situation arises while your pet is under our care, we will attempt to contact you, the owner, and the veterinary office listed in your dog's file FIRST. If no contact can be made, we contact our local vet to get your pet the medical care they need. All expenses will be paid by the owner. 

Can I pay with a check?

No. We DO NOT accept checks and require payment in full and up front.
